This chest rub is all natural and comes in either a 2 oz or 4 oz (choose size in drop down menu) screw top tin for portability and convenience. This can be rubbed on the chest, back, neck and bottoms of feet to help relieve congestion and other cold or allergy symptoms.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Eucalyptus oil may be helpful in relieving sinus congestion and also in chest congestion. Eucalyptus essential oil functions as an expectorant, helping to cleanse the body of toxins which can be helpful in relieving cold symptoms.
Peppermint Essential Oil: Peppermint essential oil contains menthol which helps to relieve respiratory and nasal congestion, sinus trouble as well as the common cold and cough. It is a powerful expectorant and decongestant which helps to clear congestion and inflammation from the respiratory tract.
Rosemary Essential Oil: Rosemary essential oil helps to relieve congestion, cough, colds and flu symptoms. It has antispasmodic properties which help to relax the airway passages. Rosemary is also a natural antiseptic which is helpful for respiratory infections.
Copaiba Balsam Essential Oil: Copaiba balsam has been used by tribal medicine men in Brazil to treat chronic bronchitis as well as coughs and colds. It is a powerful decongestant, anti inflammatory and expectorant helping to relieve coughs and congestion due to colds.

Directions:
Apply to chest to help ease congestion and cold symptoms. Can also be applied to soles of feet before bed. External use only. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid keeping in direct sunlight. If melting occurs, place in the refrigerator to re-harden.
