Meet Gainesville, our Tom Petty tribute candle. This scent was released on October 2nd, 2018 which marked one year since he moved on. Since his passing, I struggled to come up with a way to honor someone whose words and music have carried me through so much in my life. The idea for this candle came to me in a dream, one that I was happy I remembered in the morning. I feel like every time I light one of these, it's as if I'm saying "thanks for everything Tom". In his memory, 20% of the proceeds from sales of this candle will be donated to the Midnight Mission, an organization in Los Angeles, CA that offers a path to self-sufficiency for people experiencing homelessness through recovery services, counseling, education, training, workforce development and continued care services.  
 
Each candle is hand poured in an elegant amber glass container with a black lid and comes packaged in a box which includes a card depicting the donation made by the purchase of the candle. (see pictures above of the front and back of each card). This would make a perfect gift.
 
This scent is a captivating blend beginning with notes of sage and coriander. Tobacco leaf and toasted oak add to the heart of this fragrance while oakmoss, tonka, and amber round out the base for a beautiful, deep character. 
 
Each candle has a burn time of 55-60 hours and is hand poured with premium American grown soy wax for a cleaner burning and longer lasting candle. Uses a lead-free, zinc-free wick and scented with premium grade fragrance/essential oil blends. Free of dyes, phthalates,parabens, additives, preservatives or petroleum.
